Chihari Resources Ltd sources marine and offshore equipment from European suppliers and coordinates its delivery to Nigerian vessel operators, shipyards, engineering companies and procurement contractors.
Chihari is registered in Nigeria and built around a focused commercial role: helping Nigerian marine and offshore businesses obtain equipment, machinery and replacement components from Europe.
Requests may cover an individual component, replacement machinery or a complete maintenance parts list. Each request is documented using the information that identifies the required item: the manufacturer, model, part or ordering number, serial number where available, required quantity, equipment data-plate photographs and supporting technical documents.
The same requirement is carried through the supplier search, quotation and purchase. This gives the customer a clear record of what was requested, what has been offered and what has been approved for procurement.
After approval, Chihari manages the purchase and coordinates export preparation, freight, customs clearance through the applicable service providers, and delivery arrangements in Nigeria. Order records are retained to support repeat requirements.

Requirement documented
The customer provides the manufacturer reference, model and serial details, part or ordering number, quantity, data-plate photographs and any available manual, drawing or previous quotation.

European supplier search
We approach suitable European suppliers using the submitted equipment and product references, then review availability, product description, condition, price and lead time.

Itemised quotation
The quotation identifies the item being offered against the original request. Any superseded reference or proposed alternative is shown separately for review.

Approved purchase and delivery
After the quotation is approved and the agreed payment is received, Chihari places the order and coordinates freight, clearance and delivery in Nigeria.
