Provide the manufacturer, part number, model, quantity and any available photographs or documents.

Supplier search
Chihari approaches suitable European supply channels and checks product availability, pricing and lead time.

Quotation
We provide a written quotation setting out the offered items, quantities, commercial terms and estimated delivery schedule.

Approval and payment
Purchasing begins after the quotation has been accepted and the agreed payment has been received.

Freight and delivery
We coordinate the applicable export, freight, customs-clearance and Nigerian delivery arrangements.

Repeat orders
Previous order information is retained to make recurring requirements more efficient.
Delivery timing
Availability and delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on supplier availability, export preparation, freight routing, customs processing and the final delivery location. Air freight suits a small urgent item. Sea freight is usually more economical for a larger order.
Every quotation states the estimate that applies to that order, along with anything that could move it. We would rather give you a date you can plan around than a number that sounds good.

We approach manufacturers, authorised distributors and specialist suppliers across the European market. Which channel suits a given item depends on the manufacturer, the part and whether it is current or superseded.
Where a supplier offers an alternative to the part you asked for, we put it to you before buying anything.
